"The food is far too overpriced as they know there is no other options nearby they make it expensive- we have eaten out in Sydney on New Year’s Eve for less!! If you book a tour through the hotel it won’t run if you’re the only one on it, because they want the money (over 60NZD to drive for 10 minutes to the To Sua trench!) No tour operators will pick you up from the hotel as it’s too far away… The staff were nice but constantly forgot our drinks (bottle of water or coke). The food itself is average, when you’re paying these prices for food you expect it to be better. Overall the food/amenities are FAR too overpriced- it’s cheaper to eat in NZ and AUS than it is at this resort in SAMOA."
