"Property was very nice and well maintained. Dining area was a little congested at times however, it appears that a facility is being constructed on the premises to accommodate. Breakfast was great! The staff was very courteous and helpful and despite large crowds kept the area clean and fully stocked with the great breakfast selections."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — only about a 6–7 minute walk to the city center, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was included, and although the selection was not extremely large, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we had a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"We had a lovely stay in this great hotel. The rooms were really comfy with high end bedding and lovely sunny balconies. The pool had a lovely sun terrace and we enjoyed sunset cocktails on the rooftop terrace. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there was a nice terrace to sit out on. The hotel is 10 minutes walk out of town, but there is an excellent free shuttle that will take you into town or to walk trailheads and runs all the time, even back from restaurants at night - all available to call via whatsapp. What really made our stay though was the staff, especially the general manager Tedo, who helped with recommendations for walks and restaurants, handling reservations, taxis to the glacier walk trailhead (a bit further out of town) and for the shuttle."

"Staff was amazing and super accommodating. This is THE best place in Kuataisi and I would love to stay here agin. Great location, clean and beautiful rooms, great staff, very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and they even gave us a little present for me and my wife's honeymoon. 10/10 would recommend."

"Once at the location, it was very nice, clean & pleasant. Very hard to find, as Google Maps or MAPS.ME will not take you to thr address. Hard to find reception as not in front building & no signs. Breakfast was good & beds were nice 8 clean. "
