"Pictures dont match the property. Property should be listed as a 1 star motel. Roaches in the shower when we arrived, water not working and there is a fan in the room since ac did not work well"

"The restaurants and restaurant staff are great. The spa and spa staff are great. The hotel itself? While beautiful, it was a horrible experience. Our room flooded TWICE. They did not even clean it the first time until after I went to the front desk and complained. They gave us a food credit, but still didn’t make up for the fact that 2 of our nights were ruined. Our last day was ruined since we had to wait nearly 3 hours just for room service. I’m very disappointed. My family was, too."
