Since all Villas on paper almost look the same (pool, free breakfast, staff to help, etc) the best way I can sum up our reasoning is that the execution of the this place is far above the others. Had an absolutely wonderful time at Bondalem Beach Club. The staff was amazing and did everything they could to make sure my stay was a joy. So much so, they climbed a tree to get me a fresh coconut. The rooms are spacious, welcoming and beautiful. The pools are spectacular. The sunrises/sunsets from my room’s patio were a dream. I highly recommend BBC if you need a quiet, beautiful and relaxing getaway.

Incredible staff and peaceful property. We’ve been traveling for about a month and I have had my best sleep and most relaxation here at Relax Bali. It feels like a friendly family extension. I can’t wait to return next time we visit Indonesia. We enjoyed the spa, relaxing at our pool villa, and even trying scuba with a discovery dive. The restaurant is excellent and great transportation team helped book our transfer to Nusa Penida.

During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. The most amazing place i have ever visited. The staff is soooo friendly. The food delicious. Wvery night tgey have live music. The pool is unmatched. The view is incredible. You feel transported to another world and never want to leave. Be sure to attend a yoga class and if you are lucky enough to get a private villa (there are only 18 of them)have them decorate it with real flowers for your special occasion. There is nothing you won't love about this resort.
