Felt like home. Staff were great! They provided great customer service. Hotel is a family owned hotel. Just great friendly people. Hotel was beautiful with large clean rooms. Great breakfast with a variety of choices. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Friendly hotel

Friendly helpful staff. Good size bedroom. Nice breakfast buffet, although finishes relatively early. On a quiet side road, about 30 minute walk into city centre.

Cinzano Complex We stayed in for 3 nights and 4 days. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is included in the hotel stay and is very delicious. Location is a bit away from the center but easily reachable to the center in taxi as low as 1 dollar. Request for a room overlooking the city to get some natural light in the room during the day. Azim and his father are the owners and are one of the best owners of a property have ever seen, very helpful and kind.

Uno di quegli alberghi in vecchio stile, che hanno una personalità ed in cui puoi conoscere personalmente il locandiere. La posizione è buona, e pure le stanze e l colazione. Se avete necessità particolari (nel mio caso, lasciare la roba e farmi una doccia), vi verranno incontro.

Basic hotel, location is a bit far from Registan but walkable. Restaurants close by. Staff didn't speak English, so if you don't speak Uzbek or Russian, you have to use translator. However, service was very good and I was able to check out late. Breakfast was basic but good.

他が一杯で、ここを予約したのですが、値ごろで新しく快適でした。　子供と３人での滞在で、３ベッドの部屋でバルコニーもあり問題なし。　場所はメインの観光地からは少し離れていますが、近くにもワイン工場など観光するところもあり、結果滞在してよかった。　サービスも良かった。　一つ残念なのがドア（鍵）の調子が悪く、鍵を開けたりかけたりが大変だった。
