My wife and I travelled to Cayo Levantado to celebrate her 40th birthday. This 5-Star resort deserves all 5 stars! Every detail in the resort is well designed with a modern chic experience and provides luxurious amenities. Due to our work schedules, we only stayed 2 nights, and it was worth every penny. Absolutely happy with my choice to stay here. Gated community with 24hr security, private beach just a short walk away, and the hotel restaurant serves delicious food and great drinks. You literally don't have to leave anywhere (except for food when restaurant is closed or snacks). Rooms were clean and new. Great place

We reserved a studio that would have been a four floor walk up. My new husband would have had great difficulty due to emphysema. Jose, in the office, was terrific finding us a 1 bedroom ground floor. Very nice restaurant with Freddy taking care of us. Lovely pool with a swim up bar, beach across the street, and convenient location. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Obvious security thru-out the night gave me a safe feeling.

The overall standard of Castillo Romano, and the extraordinary level of service offered by the staff, transcended my expectations!
