"Hello, we enjoyed our stay at the villa, thank you for the beautiful space. There were a few things I wanted to make you aware of. In Room 1083: the floor was not the cleanest, which is important to us since we have a 2 year old who spends so much time on the floor. The coffee maker had a coffee filter and coffee still in it, that was moldy and nasty. I think that coffee maker needs some attention.
