"One of the nicest hotels in Lexington that I have stayed! The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent!"

"When we first arrived the girl working the desk WAS NOT friendly. We arrived a little later in the evening and it felt like it was a serious problem for her. There were no roll away beds, which was a bit of a bummer, and the couch in the room is pretty small. The room itself is large, although it’s strange that there is a severe lack of places to hang things like towels and swimsuits in the bathroom. There were also mounts for shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the shower but no bottles on the mounts. We were provided one tiny bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap for 3 adult women staying in one room, which was definitely not enough. And what happened to the conditioner? Finally, when I went to check out I sat in the lobby for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk and they never did so I just left. All in all I probably won’t stay here again. The property was clean and the room was pretty big, but the lack of customer service and amenities will likely drive me to stay somewhere else in the future. The beds were also AWFUL."

"I left an item in my room and couldn’t reach an employee to help me for days and days . They kept telling me someone would eventually call me back from housekeeping . The item was never found , meanwhile I was certain i left it in there , it was just a matter of forgetting to grab it . Awful customer service and untrustworthy staff"
