"Everything was good plenty of parking and very quiet and clean."

"Great place to hit the lake for the weekend"

"Great property and enjoyed the stay."

"Beautiful cottage in a Beautiful town"

"We had a wonderful stay at this modern cottage in Mt. Vernon, Texas! The space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a stylish, contemporary feel. A great place to relax and unwind, and we would happily stay here again!"

"Cottage was clean, lovely, and in a great location. Crystal was so accommodating and helpful! We had a great stay."

"Bed’s were so hard as were the pillows.,Could not access my own Netflix or prime accounts on the tv and many shows were blocked. Stay not worth the money. "

"The house overall is beautiful and served its purpose for our Fourth of July event with local family. Unfortunately the condition of the house as far as cleanliness put a damper in our short stay vacation. The house was full of flies and two rolls of fly catchers were left in living room windows full or flies- we spent a good chunk of the day swapping flies in the kitchen. The counters and fridge were very dirty and sticky. The fridge had a sticky soda that may have popped inside, the bathroom...

"Nice location but a little pricey for the area. Host was very responsive."

"Excellent location, we enjoyed walking to town for dinner and the farmers market. It's also very close to the park and lake for some fishing and walking."

"The property was fantastic and the lake view was awesome. The host was super kind and friendly."

"Great host communication, property was absolutely beautiful with tons of amenities. Have already shared the link with friends."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Floors, bathrooms, countertops, etc, were clean. Linens were adequate. Location and parking were excellent. Home itself needs some maintenance. Water flowed non stop from water filtration system in the back. Gutters are full of debris. Shower handle barely hanging on in shared bathroom. Trash drawer needs replaced. Gaps in flooring in kitchen."

"We had a great stay. Will definitely stay here again."

"The property is expansive and the modular home on it was cozy. The price was great considering it was a last minute booking. My grandparents live there in Quitman, and we were able to have them over for supper because of all the amenities there."
