The inviting living room provides soundfront views and steps out to a covered and furnished deck. The open concept from the living room to kitchen is perfect for gathering after a day at the beach or conversiving while a meal is prepared. This gorgeous updated kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, coffee maker and a blender. A half bath is located off the kitchen area.

Bedroom #1 includes the master suite (king bed) with a private bath, TV and deck access. Bedroom #2 includes a king bed, TV, deck access and a share bathroom with Bedroom #3 that include a king bed and TV.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
