"We were placed in a room that smelled like marijuana. We were transferred to another room but that room smelled like dog pee. They were nice enough to transfer us to different rooms but it was stressful to pack and unpack our luggage to make the move instead of being relaxed while on vacation."

"I recently spent three nights at the wonderful Hotel de Ciutat Girona. My room on the second floor was very spacious, extremely clean and quiet for a good night’s sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
