"I booked the hotel because I had an early morning flight. It offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The hotel is quite new (2-3 months?) and the shuttle was not set up yet. So I had to use a taxi which was not cheap."

"Just a quick overnight stay on a longer journey. Bed was comfortable and room was lovely. Could use and actual chair to sit on, as opposed to the little stool they provided, but apart from that it was good."

We received an email the day before arrival telling us that we should check in at the neighbouring Ibis hotel due to work on the Novotel reception. There was no mention of extensive work going on in the restaurant/bar area. I have no idea whether the restaurant was even open as signage directed you in to what looked like building work. Contrast this with another hotel on our trip where...
