"Room was tidy and clean, but dated and small compared to other holiday inn expresses i have been to. Sinks are really high up at chest height! It has transparent bathroom doors with no locks though. Aircon worked great. Usual tea and coffee in the room available and you can get more packets from reception. The view from our room was literally just people's back gardens.
Wifi however was AWFUL. I have never had such bad wifi in a hotel before, it was averaging 0.03Mbps download with a ping of...

"The location of this hotel could not have been any better for exploring Arbon over the Easter Holiday weekend. Most of the staff was gone for the holiday but the ones who were there went above and beyond, even for us non-German speakers."

"Great spot we wanted to be near the airport so it was perfect for us. Didn’t really eat there. Didn’t really use any amenities. I don’t think there was any overall it was fine. A little bit noisy some people in the hallway we’re trying to get in the room in the morning banging on the door at 7 AM so that was a little annoying but other than that it was fine."
