"Hotel was very good, among the best we have stayed in recently. Nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Facilities were great.
Stayed in room 121 which was again, very good. Only downside was the bed was too hard and uncomfortable, otherwise in-room facilities were great. Loved the retro radio. ( a safe and fridge might be nice?)
Note:, no Aircon, just desk fans.
Breakfast catered for everyone with continental & hot options. We had the full English Breakfast which was great on 2 of our 4 days,...
"Despite claiming otherwise there was no parking, and no internet connection Inside the hotel.
Amusingly (only because my wife and I are less than 5 feet 7 inches) , the height size inside two thirds of our (large) premium room was less than 5 feet 10 inches, and even though the bathroom was very large, Its inadequate small electric towel rail in the corner and very, very small mini bath would not suit many, particularly in the winter.
Food at the hotel is pretty basic, but fortunately there...
