"The hotel is in a wonderful location surrounded by hills with fog and mist rolling in. Just behind it you have barnyard market with plenty of shopping and food options. Had a wonderful and relaxed stay in the hotel."

"Husband and I stayed there for 2 days. Staff was very friendly. Especially Shawn the evening desk clerk. He helped unclog our shower that the filter was clogged due to past customers not wiping sand off before showering. Came to our room at 10pm went into about 3 inches of water in nice dress shoes to unclog the shower. Way to go above and beyond. He didn’t want us to have to wait till the morning maintenance crew to show up to fix it. Worked great after. Balcony faced the street and had a great view of ocean. Parking was ok had to park underground and was a bit tricky to turn around. Room was newly renovated. It was clean and comfortable. It is located right across the street from a great restaurant and small beaches with a bunch of tide pools for hermit crab hunting."

"Great room, staff and an awesome location! We walked everywhere on Canary Row easily and the coffee shop was amazing! Short drive to Carmel and Pebble Beach so we did everything in 24 hours."

"We had a pleasant stay. The staff was great and the room was very clean. I gave it 4 stars because the furniture and everything else in the room was very out dated."
Lighthouse Lodge And Cottages

"We honestly loved everything about this place and plan to go back again. Only issue we had was there is serious asphalt damage due to roots pushing up from the ground at the cottage side. It was a bit of a struggle for our small car but going at it from an angle helps. There was some rust damage in the rooms but honestly kind of expect it because it's on the coast. Other then that it was lovely. The fire pits at night were amazing especially with a glass of wine. And a jetted tub in the cottage was a nice e surprise."
