"Beautiful hotel from the time we walked in, to the time we reached our room. Wonderful stay! Comfortable bed and very clean room! I thought staying close to the train station would be very loud but it wasnt bad at all. Would have like to spend more time here."

"Room was clean but stair carpets were smelly and dirty also skirting board gathered lots of dust. Room curtains had dirty stains on them, I told staff but nothing was done about it. No lifts, had to go up the stairs to the third floor than 4th floor. Downstairs and reception area looked very clean and inviting, but up the stairs were dirty snd smelly. Dirty towel left in hanging in the bathroom, dirty nappies left in the bin, bedding were clean but pillows and duvet had bad smell."

"Everything was good but the quality of the breakfast could be much better. Cooked breakfast was dry and lacked flavour. No cheese to be found anywhere."
