6/10 Okay

"Very very basic, gives almost off hostel vibes, room tiny for 3 of us. Shower in bedroom so no privacy but fine for what we needed. Some things not in best repair such as decor, carpets, but the bedding and toilet were clean. No amenities such as a kettle, was ok to stay just for one brief night after a concert nearby. Did the job but wouldn’t stay again. "

"The room was lovely and clean and a good size. The staff I encountered both at the reception and bar were very helpful both with myself and from what I overheard of them talking to other guests. The lobby and bar were also nicely presented. It was a great location for getting to Factory International, pretty much a straight walk. My only issue was that the bed was very creaky as if there was an issue with the springs so when I moved during the night it disturbed me a bit. However the bedding and pillows provided were comfortable. I was on the ground floor and there was noise in the corridor from other guests who I would say were speaking at a normal volume but whole conversations could be heard clearly through the walls so if you're a light sleeper it's maybe not the hotel for you. I didn't hear any noise from anyone inside the rooms next to me though."

"Perfect location, short walk to Media City and regular bus and tram service to city centre nearby. Clean, comfortable hotel with good breakfast, parking on site and super helpful staff. Incredibly good value and always my first choice when visiting Manchester."

"Parking isn’t included in the however cheaper if you go in and check in, the hotel will charge you less rather then paying at the pay machine. Just for those who aren’t aware, it’s £1.20 additional fee per night due to the tourist tax which isn’t informed when booking the stay. Room was clean but small space for a twin room"

"room and especially bathroom were dated and in need of refurbishment. cupboard doors wouldn't keep closed so fridge light was on all night, which acted as a night light so wasn't too bad in the end. big positive was the shower, red hot and loads of water pressure :) the Bar area was badly tended, i waited around for 10 minutes to get served but nobody arrived so we caught the tram into town instead of enjoying the sun on the Salford Riviera"

"Lovely hotel. Seperate parking for hotel guests. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Refreshing free welcome drinks in reception was a nice tough on a hot weekend. We used the pool facilities which were excellent including a hot tub, sauna and steam room. Changing facilities were very well done too. Breakfast was nice and we were able to sit by the window over looking the courtyard. All in all, we had a lovely time staying in this hotel and would definitely come back."

"From us entering the hotel to leaving the staff were all helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The tv being able cast from our phones was a bonus too. Breakfast was all cooked well with choices of both English and continental. We came down closer to the end time and had to wait a little for some choices to be topped back up but the staff again were very helpful in sorting this. With free parking by entering your reg, our stay was all that we hoped for. I’d give a big thumbs up to this hotel based on our experience."
