"This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. It also has 2 upstairs bedrooms (no bathroom) that would work for older children or grandchildren though we didn’t need them for this trip. I appreciated that the rear entrance...

"We had an excellent vacation. Home was beautiful and super clean. It was so nice to be able to use the boat dock which made it very convenient to get out on the ri era and lake. We didn't cook there but it appeared to have everything you could need to make a meal. Firepit was quite small so we didn't have a fire but it was too hot for a fire after boating all day. Thanks to our host, Amanda, for an enjoyable stay!"

"Property is even better in person. First walked into the house and it smelled nice and clean. Feels like you're underneath a rainforest canopy. We enjoyed sitting in the screened-in back porch especially at night when it's cooler and you can hear the relaxing sound of the creek running. It has a wonderful path down to the creek, with a garden. Because of the location, we did run into a snake just once on the pathway down to the creek and there could be animals going through the trash at night....
