"Clean property, nice people, decent amenities, mediocre location - The Hotel North Pole is probably the best place to stay in North Pole. You have to set your expectations to the location. This is a very small town outside of the "larger small town" of Fairbanks. The entire region is very industrial. Gravel parking lots and heavy equipment abound. This location is at the end of a stip mall parking lot. We thought North Pole was some kind of of quaint little town like you'd see in New England....

"I really enjoyed my time here. It was very cozy and quiet definitely with having being under a family upstairs. I hardly knew they were there. It was very close to all the places I needed to while I was in FBKs and it was a perfect spot if you ask me. The place was very beautifully done and I felt like home away from home. Had some difficulty conversing with Guest Contact but we were able to figure it out in the end. Would definitely recommend to incoming travelers."

"I did like they were really great about setting up a shuttle from the airport & train station. The room was really small but clean. There are barely any amenities - at least there are some good restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the desk were just ok - not super friendly."
