"There was an empty bottle of water, water flow in the shower was not good and no hot water, washer needs to be changed the soap dispenser was broken off no where to put the detergent. No shampoo and soap please bring your own also the kitchen sink has no soap...

"The host/owner was accommodating and courteous, and responded to the message in a timely manner. The place was pristine. It was reasonably priced. The place is located a few minutes from STI and other major landmarks, making it ideal for visitors. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santiago. "
