"このタイプ 以前から気になっていて 今回泊めさせてもらいました 受付の方の対応とてもよかったです 冷凍のお弁当やカレーがあり 好きな物を選べました まだ新しいのでとても綺麗で 朝食のサービスもあり最高でした それでいて金曜の夜の宿泊でしたが 1万円と 安くて最高です 1つだけ不満を言うのであれば 受付の際タブレットで操作するのですが タブレットが立ててあり 後ろに人がいた場合個人情報丸見えです QRコードでもっと簡単に受付できるかと思いました それ以外はとても満足なのでまた利用したいと思います"

"Excellent location with excellent staff service. It is literally located beside the Hon Sasayama bus stop and the Kawaramachi district. Impressed with the staff who noticed that I was fully drenched from the rain and immediately handed me a towel during check in! They also offer a bar with free flowing beer, sake, soft drink and post onsen ice cream. However, do note that you need to take a 20 min bus ride from JR Sasayama Station if you are not driving. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely staff that helped us look up times for trains and buses to Takeda Castle Ruins. As well as helped us getting a taxi because apparently there’s only one out there 😅 It’s a 20 min walk on flat ground from the Wadayama station so be ready for that. Also the taxi from the hotel to Takeda Station was around 2800 yen just fyi"
