"Spa was nice"

"清潔なお部屋でゆっくり過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございます。 気になったのは、一部フロントスタッフの方の接客でした。 無人チェックイン時、システムがフリーズして呼出したのですが誰もこなかったり(スタッフは十分な数のかたがいて、お話しながら往来していました)、少しして近くの方に声をかけても待っていてくださいと素っ気ない態度。 なんとか時間をかけてチェックイン完了したら、エレベーターを案内される際に宿泊階を大声で言われたりと、少し配慮に欠けるなと感じました。 混み合う時間でたまたまだったと思いますが、ご参考になればと記載させていただきます。"

"We loved the Japanese breakfast. Rooms were small but that was expected. We really liked the area. Enough around that we could hang out locally but being right above the train station made it very convenient to get to other places."

"Easy access from Saitama-Shintoshin station, making it a 20 minute train ride from Tokyo. Price was good for a business hotel of its caliber and came with a solid morning buffet breakfast"

"We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Saitama! The room was compact but exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having Netflix made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"
