"I had intended to use the fitness center, but there was an additional fee to use it which I did not like. Room was great, enjoyed all room amenities and staff was nice enough Location was great I liked the laundry tv watching channel so we could track the time on our washing machine. Nice feature Many good restaurants and shopping around, very close to station."

"The staff was excellent and property and room very clean only set back was that the rooms are clean every three days but you get a fresh set of towels toiletries and condiments every day and you can put out your dirty towels every day"

"The room was fantastic for my friend and I. We each had a twin sized bed, but it was decently sized, not cramped at all. The location was fantastic, right next to the station and it wasn't far to go to all the big places in Tokyo we wanted to go to. Also, the in room massage was AMAZING! It's amazing how they can come right up to your room so we didn't have to go anywhere. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it (get the oils). The Chinese restaurant was good, the menu was a bit different, but I found something basic enough to get (some of it was too adventurous). The Midtown BBQ, Starbucks is RIGHT next door as well, so matcha/breakfast/lunch was easy to access. I will be staying here again, but this time with my family! 10/10."
