"Parking valet was terrible. I was waiting for 15 min to get my car, then realized they forgot about it. Start asking them but they were busy with incoming clients. Total mess. 25-30min to get a car."

"Hotel staff especially in Reception Armaan and the two ladies were exceptionally helpful.
Great location close to trams, train station, restaurants, bars, beach, casino, the square and more.

"Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect. Great shops and restaurants literally just out of the door. The only problem was that we didn’t have time to stay longer. If we ever come back to Nice, we’ll definitely be staying here again."

"Needs deep cleaning and update. Asked for water and they told us to use bathroom water for drinking. Hotel is waking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Staff not that helpful. They didn’t not offer any type of help in anything."
