"To be fair we can’t comment on the cleanliness or comfort as unfortunately we weren’t able to get in to the property; the key safe code was incorrect, the host wasn’t answering her phone and the care line operator just kept telling us we were on the wrong floor (we weren’t). Our flight was delayed so it was late when we arrived and by the time VRBO had agreed to refund our money and pay the difference to stay in a hotel, food service had finished. I was also offered a voucher for our ‘next time’...
