In a very quiet area, ideally located 5 min walk from the sea and 200 m from all shops and restaurants, single storey house, simple, comfortable and warm, composed of a main house and 1 outbuilding (98 m2 in total) on pleasant green, wooded and fenced garden of 500m2 with 2 shaded terraces. No opposite.
Indoor parking for 2 cars.
Possibility to do without a car and do everything on foot.
Weekly rental (from Saturday to Saturday).


Detached house (4 people): 63m2. W / S / E exhibitions. large independent bright living room with 2 benches (click clac and single bench), a bedroom (140 bed) with large closet, large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with island and dining area 6/8 people directly overlooking the exterior, bathroom with corner laundry and changing table, separate WC.
A terrace on each side, one of which is around 30m2 on the living room side, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and fixed barbecue. Another planted one overlooking the kitchen with table and garden chairs. Both shaded.

Outbuilding 1 (4 people): 35m2 house. W / S / E exhibitions. 2 rooms with corridor that distributes a large bedroom with closet (160 bed) a bathroom with WC, and a small living room with sofa bed of 140.

Garden: different independent rest and relaxation areas

Ideal for 2 families with children.

Emplacement idéal en bord de mer, 2 logements distincts tout en longueur. Cuisine bien équipée, salle de bains un peu petite. La terrasse ombragée est un vrai plus.

Les horaires et l'accueil ont été au top, pas de stress malgré les bouchons.La location est complète et située proche de toutes commodités ainsi que la plage.Nous avons sorti la voiture que pour les sorties éloignées.Nous avons eu un petit soucis, la proprio malgré la distance qui nous séparait nous a dépanné avec ses connaissances proches.La terrasse ombragée est une tuerie, elle reste dans un petit courant d'air et apporte du frais pendant les repas.Le matin, le ptit déj sous l'autre terrasse, proche de la cuisine. Tout est parfait !!

Séjour parfait

Lors de notre séjour en famille dans cette location de vacances, nous avons été enchantés du début à la fin. Tout était tout simplement parfait ! La maison était spacieuse, propre, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis à l’aise. La cuisine bien équipée, ce qui nous a permis de préparer facilement des repas pour toute la famille, et nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir les déguster sur cette très belle terrasse. Le quartier était calme et sécurisé, idéal pour des vacances en toute sérénité. De plus, l’emplacement était idéal : à quelques minutes de la plage et des commerces locaux. Les hôtes étaient extrêmement accueillants et disponibles pour répondre à nos questions ou nous donner des conseils. Nous avons vraiment ressenti qu’ils avaient à cœur de rendre notre séjour inoubliable, et ils ont réussi au-delà de nos attentes. En résumé, cette location de vacances a été un véritable coup de cœur pour toute la famille. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de nos prochaines vacances, et nous la recommandons vivement à quiconque cherche un endroit parfait pour se détendre et profiter de moments en famille.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans une maison fort agréable à 2 pas de la mer. La propriétaire est très prévenante et disponible et les personnes qui s'occupent de la remise des clés également. Un séjour en famille qui a été apprécié par toute la famille !

La location est adaptée pour 2 familles en respectant l’intimité de chacune d’entre elles. Le reste est parfait pour un séjour où le mot principal est convivialité : l’espace extérieur permet de partager de bons moments. La localisation est top : tout peut être fait à pied et on y trouve les commerces qu’il faut. Très agréable séjour, adresse à retenir

Maison de vacances très bien placée.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la maison est très propre et bien équipée. Le plus incontestablement c'est le jardin très bien entretenu ainsi que la terrasse ombragée et très agréable le matin, le midi et le soir. Le quartier est très calme, la mer comme les commerces sont à quelques minutes à pied... Le tout est conforme aux photos. Vacances réussies

Séjour très agréable dans ces 2 maisons. Bon emplacement près de la plage et du village. Terrasses ombragées bienvenues. Gérante réactive en cas de soucis. Il manquerai la clim, le WiFi et l'optimisation des fermetures

Reposant et agreable

Nous avons réserver 2 semaines. Environnement très calme nous avons profiter de la terrasse qui est très agréable et nous étions à moins d un km de la plage ce qui est très sympa. C est une location que je recommanderais à des amis ou famille.

Très bon séjour

La maison est idéalement située, à deux pas des commerces et de la mer. Elle est très bien équipée, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Excellent accueil de Nicole. Le gros plus pour nous: la grande terrasse bien ombragée, très agréable à toute heure.
