Built within a 3-hectare park on the beachfront, the residence features a bar-restaurant and swimming pool for its guests. Parking, a laundry room, and a kids' club are also available. A second restaurant is located on the beach. The residence is 700 meters from the town of Sainte Anne, where you'll find the local market, fish market, a convenience store, bakeries, pharmacy, doctors, bars, and restaurants.
