"Orléans was a great city with so much going on. The location of this hotel was perfect, walkable, quiet, with convenient public parking across the street. The room was great, a loft style which was perfect for my family of five. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They offered advice on where to go, had city maps, and answered all of our questions. I had read some reviews that the staff were rude. I think they misspelled ‘don’t necessarily speak English.’ That was not our experience at all....

"We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a dressing area and large bathroom. The beds was comfortable and the location peaceful. The grounds are well maintained and there was quite a large swimming pool with sunbeds. We didn't have any meals at the chateau but the dining room looked cosy and inviting. The staff are pleasant and helpful. If we travel down this way again, we will definitely stay at Les Muids. It's a stunning place."
