Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, la maison est jolie et confortable, le jardin parfait pour les enfants (il mériterait juste un peu plus d'entretien). Elle est idéalement située dans Saint-Pierre c'est agréable de pouvoir se déplacer à pied et en vélo les plages ne sont pas trÚs loin. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par Marie-Annick et Valérie a gentiment répondu à nos questions pendant le séjour. Nous sommes ravis et recommandons avec plaisir cette maison. Merci !

Emplacement ideal

TrÚs bien placée. Accueil agréable. Facilité pour entreposer les vélos. Maison agréable et confortable . Jardin clÎturé et sans vis à vis mais peu entretenu.Propreté un peu juste.La chambre qui donne sur la rue est un peu bruyante.

La maison est trÚs bien placée dans Saint Pierre, on peut tout faire à pied. Elle est trÚs bien agencée et trÚs pratique. Il manque juste quelques éléments pour la rendre plus chaleureuse et plus pratique pour un séjour pour 4 adultes.

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine sur Saint Pierre d'OlĂ©ron avec notre fille de 2 ans 1/2. Le logement Ă©tait trĂšs confortable ! Rien ne manquait. Il y avait mĂȘme des jeux et livres trĂšs adaptĂ©s pour notre enfant. PropriĂ©taires trĂšs disponibles. C'Ă©tait parfait !

Logement bien situé mais sale, dommage

Logement conforme au descriptif et bien situĂ© dans le centre de saint pierre. Nous avons malheureusement rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© une location trĂšs sale et avons dĂ» passer 4h Ă  faire le mĂ©nage pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer la saletĂ©. Nous avons tout de mĂȘme eu un dĂ©dommagement mais avons dĂ» relancer la propriĂ©taire pour l’ obtenir.

Des vacances parfaites !

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir choisi ce logement situĂ© en plein cƓur de St Pierre d’Oleron. La situation est idĂ©ale pour dĂ©couvrir l’ensemble de l’üle. A la fin d’une longue journĂ©e plage ou vĂ©lo, c’est un bonheur de retrouver ce logement spacieux et lumineux, et ce petit jardin pour l’apĂ©ro du soir ! Vraiment nous sommes ravis. C’était parfait ! Qui plus est, la propriĂ©taire qui est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© est adorable.

Unkompliziertes Rundumpaket

Wir waren mit unseren fĂŒnf Kindern in unterschiedlichem alter zu Gast. Der Empfang war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist genau im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Die kleine nette Innenstadt mit CafĂ©s und GeschĂ€ften, der im Sommer tĂ€gliche Markt ist unmittelbar erreichbar. Der Wagen kann auf einem der öffentlichen ParkplĂ€tze kostenfrei abgestellt werden. Zu den unterschiedlichen StrĂ€nden (ruhige und lebhafte) gelangt man innerhalb 15 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Agréable séjour dans ce logement avec un emplacement idéal

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec mon épouse et la fille de 18 mois. Tout s'est trÚs bien passé. TrÚs bonne ommunication avec Valérie. La localisation est parfaite : à 100 mÚtre de l'allée commerçante, à 200 mÚtres du marché, on ne peut pas faire mieux ! Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. La salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire et d'une douche. L'espace extérieur est sans vis-à-vis et se constitue d'une terrasse et d'un jardin avec transat. Une plancha est disponible (nous ne l'avons pas utilisé). Seul équipement manquant : un grille pain :-( Je recommande ce logement à Saint Pierre d'Oléron

Location rĂ©novĂ©e rĂ©cemment et avec goĂ»t. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. Le fait d'ĂȘtre au centre de Saint Pierre permet de dĂ©couvrir facilement toute l'Ile d'OlĂ©ron.
