"A lovely property with plenty of sleeping options, wellpresented , and very clean.It felt like a set out of a fairy tale movie , very quaint and pretty. The outside areas are immaculate with lots of outdoor seating , the stream offers a nice soundtrack in the evenings . "Our first time to Bayeux and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was so beautiful, and the rooms were adorable and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We did the express breakfast which had coffee, orange juice, and yummy croissants and breads. It was within walking distance for the location of our excursion pick up and drop offs which was key for us. We also happened to stay over the weekend of the medieval festival and it was a lot of fun to partake in. The cathedral is absolutely amazing and a must see. Hope to visit again and would definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"The Domaine is ideally situated for exploring not only Bayeaux, but also the Normandy area and the D-Day sights. The location could not be better--within walking distance of centre ville and all the restaurants and shops. There was private parking so we did not have to worry about parking the car. The room was exceptionally large and had a patio we could enjoy. We were there during the heat wave and were glad to have had AC. And the grounds were lovely, the garden making you think you were in the french countryside. Celine at reception was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants where we had what might have been the best meals on our trip. Could not say more positive things about this hotel."

"The room was clean and adequate for a short stay. There was no fan or way to cool the room. The bed was firm. The breakfast is an additional 15euros and is at best worth 10 euros. It was not stocked well either. The staff was polite. The water machine poured warm water. There was No ice. I KNOW that is not common in Europe but be the "extra"ordinary....not the standard. The location was convenient. We would not stay again if we had other options."

"The property is beautiful and in a very nice location to several Normandy area sites. The staff was kind but not as well informed as a concierge and since they didn’t have one, it seemed to us that this should be remedied. For example we wanted to know about the distillery closest to the hotel and they could not tell us anything even though their products were available for purchase from them. It wasn’t a big thing but a miss that seems pretty easy to address. We would happily stay their again-especially for the reasonable pricing we were charged for this period."
