"I liked the location and the patio. One young girl was very nice when we left our luggages until we left the town for the train station. But the bathroom was really really small and would benefit from small repairs. The access for the family rooms is by stairs, which is a pain with large luggages."

"Charming hotel in the perfect location! Will dream of coming back! The view out of our window was the papal palace. The quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in even though it is city center. I am sure that was because of the cut stone walls. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the price. But there are plenty of dining options within easy walking. Our train was leaving later in the day so they were happy to hold our luggage after we checked out. Our stay really was perfect!"

"We were NOT happy with the overall experience at the property. The main reason for this is the less than satisfactory state of the bathroom and a few other things. We will NOT be visiting this property again 1.⁠ ⁠The shower curtain was dirty, there was grime and dirt and I guess scum growth at the bottom of the curtains. you should replace the shower curtains as soon as possible 2.⁠ ⁠The detachable shower head was wobbly and the hand-held shower kept dropping as soon as water flowed from it—you...
