"My room was clean and nice. The staff were very pleasant. There was a personalized note in my room for me. Made me feel special. The only issues I had the toilet stopped working and the hot water side of the water in the shower and kitchen sink was discolored. I spoke to the staff about it and they changed my room to make necessary repairs. The replacement room was good"

"Oceanfront king room. Gorgeous view right on the beach. Loved going to sleep hearing the waves. Comfortable room. Beach is amazing. It does drop off quickly though not a gradual incline in the water. Good food at their restaurant, and service at the lounge chairs. Will return."

"Beautiful property, quiet and well kept. Only downfall is location is on the French side of the island and without a car things get very expensive getting taxis to and from things to do. If planning to stay at this resort please know it’s on the French side which means it’s not close to the popular tourists attractions. Otherwise decent resort."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Princess Heights. The hotel was very clean and well kept. We had a broken microwave and when we called about it, it was switched out the next day. It was sometimes difficult to get in contact with the staff being that they usually left right after 5pm. I also would recommend, using taxis if staying at this hotels. The mountains and hills getting up to the resort are no joke. Overall, it was a great stay."
