Inconvenient for parking at hotel, although a public carpark is within 5 minutes walking at basement of nearby commercial center. Hotel is centrally located, a block from the heart of downtown, and not far from the main sights of Vichy, including the "sources", the Opera House, and main shopping streets. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The area doesn't have any public transport, but I was meeting friends who live nearby and have a car so that wasn't an issue for me. The on-site restaurant was closed over the weekend, which was unexpected and I would have like to have been informed about this before booking, but it was easy enough to order food on Uber Eats. The building's exterior is charming as well. The location was super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the Palais des Congrès, which was perfect for the Scrabble competition.
