"Ich war sehr enttĂ€uscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh ĂŒber das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Very convenient for the train station and central Lausanne, this hotel provided a large, comfortable, clean room with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was very good and plentyful. There was a coffee machine in the room. Some might find the decor and bathroom a little dated but we loved the grace and elegance of the room, which had a desk, 2 chairs and a sofa, as well as a fridge. The staff were polite and helpful allowing us to store baggage and check in early. "
