"This was such a unique experience and was most of the most beautiful hotels I've enjoyed. The location (just steps away from charming downtown St. Joe, MI and Lake Michigan) is wonderful, and the historical significance was so special. The Speakeasy was so much fun on a Saturday night and the drinks were DELICIOUS. The continental breakfast was tasty and fresh and very convenient. Could not gush more about what a special place this is!"

"Location of the property is excellent. We have stayed here several times and while the prices go up the property always seems to be under construction."

"Great location. 1 block from all the shops, 5 minutes to the beach."

"Clean room. Good price. Friendly, helpful staff. Just needed a place to crash for the night after playing a show in Michigan City, Indiana and this was on our way back to Detroit so it worked. Slept 3 guys with 2 queens a pretty comfy pullout bed in the room. Plenty of hot water. Had HBO and good movie selections on TV."

"The room was very nice and it was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay."

"I’m a Dove users and forgot to grab my body wash !! But the body wash they provided was Dove !! I was so happy will be returning in November !! Love this place 💕"

"Property was in terrible shape. Room needs to be upgraded. Found mold around toilet and many trim pieces missing or badly damaged."

"It is a clean, comfortable place to stay with proximity to great things to do in Southwest Michigan. Everything was good/okay. The scent of air freshener or whatever in the room was a bit strong, but not horrible."
