Are you dreaming of a holiday just a stone's throw from the ocean, in a family home surrounded by greenery? This charming 95 m² house located in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie promises you a rejuvenating stay just a few minutes from the beach and the town centre. The American kitchen, with gas, has everything necessary for a worry-free stay: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you may need.
On the night side, the house offers three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom, located next to the living room, is equipped with a double bed (140x200) and a large wardrobe to store your belongings. The second bedroom, nearby, has a Queen Size bed (160x200) for optimal sleep as well as large storage spaces. Finally, a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190) is also available, perfect for children or friends. A bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer completes the night area. For added comfort, the house also has an independent toilet and a second separate toilet.
Two private parking spaces are at your disposal, as well as a washing machine, an iron and a travel cot to facilitate your stay.
