"The room was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! The pub below is a bit noisy at night and can go quite late but was ok with ear plugs. There were also different addresses on the listing and I couldn’t reach the host to confirm, but thankfully there is only 1 pub in the village so I was able to confirm the address through emailing the pub directly and they responded very quickly via email.Just a couple minutes drive from the coast - it’s such a beautiful area!"

"Good clean quiet location, no issues at all, nice and relaxing, everything needed for a self catered break away whilst still having easy access to everything Cardiff had to offer for our stay which is just what we needed this time."

"A beautiful little hut 😊"

"We traveled with a teenager and my mum, so having three double bedrooms in the centre of town was very helpful. And we could all watch what we wanted with all the tvs in the apartment. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen. A bread bin or somewhere to store food would be helpful as we had to store everything on the countertops. It was lovely and warm. And the beds were all super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs in the property, which it may help to advertise as my mum has...

"Excellent accomodaion and very warm welcome."

"The owners live for the place really showed through. I felt welcomed and everything was provided. Very comfortable beds! "

"Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. Not ideal …....

"The accommodatiom was great not far from Cardiff and Barry Island for day trips and there is nice walks near by. We planed are trip to do Barry inland and Cardiff castle and we also done Caerphilly castle we all had a lovely week stay would recommend."

"A well equipped ground floor apartment in a beautiful country setting. Simple contactless check-in and out. Great shower, good bed, well equipped kitchen and easy parking. The host was really friendly and helpful, with fast response too. Would definitely recommend a stay."

"Very nice, modern house with small garden. We were welcomed by the host Tim who lived next door. He recommended some places to eat and places to see. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"Home from home very clean, central to family. Neighbours ( all this area ) very friendly and polite. A wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you."

"The bed was two single beds we didn’t know everytime we moved the bed it will separate, the car parking was shocking too not enough room to park the car nor reverse out, and checking out was early too"

"Very clean and well equipped property. Very comfy and some of us used the hot tub, which worked well. Great communication via the App. I would definitely use this house again. Thanks."
