"bin was full of rubbish when we arrived and when we had to complain two times before it was cleared out. the manager in particular was passive aggressive when we tried bringing up the issue."

"We had a great stay, the room was very comfortable and had good quality amenities and a very comfortable bed with quality bedlinen. Loved that we had a coffee machine and kettle to make tea. The bathroom finishes were high quality, a great shower and beautiful bathtub. The room had lots of light. It is located in a busy area with a bit of noise, but there is double glazing to tone the noise levels down a bit. Airconditioning worked well. Great location."

"The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."

"Very disappointing experience and definitely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but our room was not ready until almost 4:00 PM. The room itself was poorly maintained. The carpet was very dirty, the towels were stained and torn, and there was no phone in the room. The bathroom door could not even be properly locked because the latch was missing. There were bugs, insects, and mosquitoes throughout the property, including the lobby, hallways, and...

"This is a very old hotel and the best word to describe it is shabby. Carpet is worn, feels musty, smelled like my room was a “smoking” room at some point. The man who checked me was very helpful and the shower and location are very good. They are charging more than $160 and it’s not worth it."
