"Staff had no idea about our reservation. Couldn't find it apparently then suddenly found it. They tried to give us a room (we booked a chalet), I declined that and showed the reservation. Then they couldn't find keys for the chalets (about 30 minutes of having no idea what was happening). Then they told me that I can use the chalet with no key, locks from inside.
