"The property is unclearly labeled as having air conditioning. They have it in the lobby, but not all the rooms. This was a very important variable when we booked the hotel. Additionally, when we called the front desk about other issues, they never picked up the phone. We tried three times after letting it ring for well over a minute before having to go downstairs to speak to them directly. Will never go back."
"Advertised as dog friendly however dogs are not allowed in the restaurant so no dinner or breakfast available unless you wanted to be put in a back room and told your dog mustn’t make any noise. Mildew in shower. No refill of milk or coffee unless room cleaning paid for."
"When we booked we sent a message asking if we would be able to check in at 23.30hrs butt we never received a reply. When we arrived we were unable to access the car park as the gate was locked. We had to wait for an existing guest to return home. We were able to check in at a 24hr kiosk but still had no code for the gate. An email in advance would have been appreciated and very helpful. Thankfully another guest let ys in the gate.
Room was clean, quiet and adequate. "
