"Overall experience was good! I did have a few issues. We were locked out our room several times due to our wrist band not working properly. We also felt pressured to purchase the membership package and was made to feel like if we didn’t comply we were making the staff look bad. We had one staff member tell us she was the only one that could setup our transportation to get to the airport when in actuality we booked our transportation through a different site, which at this point took me out of character for a moment. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves"

"**Beautiful Villa **We had a very enjoyable 4-day stay at this beautiful and inviting villa in Runaway Bay. The home was comfortable, spacious, and welcoming, and the pool was clean and perfect for relaxing.One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the food. **Chef Frazier was absolutely amazing!** You could truly taste the heart and soul he put into every dish. The food was exquisite, flavorful, and definitely one of the best parts of our experience.The villa is also conveniently located near some local beaches. However, the roads leading up to the property are extremely rough and challenging. I would highly recommend having a local driver who is familiar with the area, as navigating the roads can be difficult if you don't know the route.There were a few things that could be improved. The shower water was lukewarm at best during our stay, and the Wi-Fi was a little inconsistent. Our host was very responsive and did her best to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable.Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our time at the villa. With some improvements to the hot water, Wi-Fi, and road access, this could easily become an exceptional stay. We especially appreciated the beautiful home, the pool, the location, and the outstanding hospitality and food from Chef Frazier."

"Overall experience was nice a few hiccups along the way no hot water but our host Sarah was right there and solved the problem it was a nice comfortable villa but is in need for some upgrades the decor is outdated the beds were very comfortable the staff ms Stacy was very nice and commentating to us . Mosquitos were not my friends"

"I like that it was close enough to everything in Ochi Rios. It was a safe gated community and the host brought me water when I was dying of thirst. I really appreciate them for that. Please bring your own toiletries and personal towels and washcloths. Will book again."
