Located on a quiet residential road with front door parking, storm shutters for black out shades, AC, private deck, lovely kitchen set up, and super comfy beds. Pool was dirty algae grown on walls and stairs with debris floating and pooling on one end. Garbage and construction supplies stashed thought out the property, sandbox has turned into a weed garden. TV would not work properly, really a big let down."

"The Belmar was a lovely condo with beautiful views. We were 4 women on a girls trip and thought the location was good to walk to some restaurants and an easy uber ride into Lagos. We each received massages from the spa and all of us said they were excellent! The only downside would be that you have to go upstairs to get to the bedrooms, however that did not bother us. We highly recommend the Belmar."
