"Todo fue muy fácil, la propiedad muy limpia y el lugar fue muy bonito una bonita experiencia"

"The room was dirty. The tub has a big hole in the side. Cabinets dirty...under the sink disgusting. Dish washer filter. Noisey. I had to wear air plugs to bed. Never stay again."

"I have stayed here many times over the last 35 years. I was born and raised in Dunedin. This property has so much potential but is fairly run down and in need of renovation. The location is great as it's Central to many restaurants & businesses in Downtown Dunedin. It's also on the water w/beautiful sunsets and views of Barrier Islands. The swimming pool available for guests is a nice size but is in desperate need of resurfacing. We enjoy the Marker 8 bar for its drinks and there's also live...

"Pelican point was easy to find and very clean. The front desk attendant was very efficient. The facilities is showing some need of updating or repair but overall a good stay."

"Easy check in and check out. Clean unit and good appliances. Thank you!"

"Everything went very smoothly"
