"Disappointing for a Hilton, really poor food, no food service at the pool, doesn’t have rooms with enough beds to cater for 3 people, guest relations not helpful.
However, all the staff were great, shout out to the animation team, especially Mango and Maro"
"The room was clean upon arrival and had plenty of room. I liked the walkout balcony, it could have used a better rack to hang stuff to dry but it did have a small one.
The beach was nice, lots of places to lay down and enjoy the view. Towel exchange was easy and didnt feel like anyone was trying to steal my towel when left to swim or grab a drink.
The pool was good, and nice to be able to grab a drink there.
The food was pretty good and so was the juice.
James and Mac diving was great and had very professional staff. The guides were very friendly and did a good job explaining the dives to me in english as the whole group was german. I appreciated them spotting interesting things to see during the dive too.
The late evening events were decent too aswell as the drinks. "
"We had a wonderful 8 nights at the Amarina Abu Soma Resort. The property is spotless, and maintained to a high standard. The staff was friendly, professional and very welcoming. Shout out to Amr best beach waiter and Mostafa in the buffet-excellent service. The food was top notch-the pastry chefs make the most incredible breads and sweets. We dined at Chopsticks and the Indian restaurant-both were incredible. The beautiful belly dancer was a highlight for us. There are lots of little shops inside and just outside the resort. My wife spent an afternoon at the salon, and was well taken care of. We travelled from Canada, and had a relaxing, worry free stay. 10/10 recommend"
"Great resort ***for the price***. Staff is great and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay. If you decide to stay here, you will enjoy it, and you'll be glad you did, especially when you look at what you didn't spend at a more expensive resort.
Also, the immediate area is very walkable and quite pleasant. Easy access to pharmacies, Carrefour, and the usual resort clothing/souvenir shops.
That said, maintainance/upkeep is a bit of an issue. "Weardownables" like towels, sheets, the poolside chaise lounge pads...all seem old and in need of replacement.
Our biggest issue was the lack of variety at the main restaurants. You can make a reservation at the small restaurant venues in the resort (some have an upcharge) but the two main restaurants pretty much serve the same stuff every day, and it's not particularly tasty. After the first four days, we found ourselves going into Hurghada to other restaurants. Hurghada isnt expensive and it's close by Uber, so this wasn't a huge issue; just saying you're not going to get cruise ship variety and quality here.

"Prima Life is my favourite place, I really enjoyed with stay in my second home 🏡
Many thanks Prima life, special thanks for all the staff specially Mr. Assem & Abd El Hamid "
"Overall the hotel was amazing and the staff went out of the way to make you feel welcome, my only suggestion would be a better selection of snacks, the food was limited to the same thing and the food was like warm, other than that I was over the moon with the hotel "
"Second time staying at this resort
Would come back again
The facilities are superb
Attention to detail from all the staff, from the front desk, cleaners, bar and pool staff
Food is outstanding, buffet, al mar and bamboo shoot
Recommend the private snorkelling tour
Soma bay is also walking distance for alternative foods and supermarket is close by too
Spa is very good
Gym is excellent all round
