"Reasons for only one star (but some. Hope at he end):
- dirty linens, no top sheet on 3 of 3 rooms and one of our three rooms had no blankets, despite cold weather
- No hot water during the complete stay
- filthy stairs and common rooms in one building. This was under refurbishment, but nobody cared about the guests
- breakfast was not edible for Norwegians
- staff saying problems would be fixed quickly, but nothing happened, again and again
- obvious fake reviews on the site. Disgusting!

"My 2nd visit to Siva.
Love the beach and the swimming pool. Food is great and very varied. Staff are super. The reception Manager Mr Said was extremely helpful and professional 5*"
"Hotel is beautiful and it's having extensive work and once complete it will be amazing.
Pro’s
All staff was extremely polite and helpful.
All inclusive breakfast was my favourite as had fresh eggs/omelette, waffles & pancakes. Plenty to choose from.
Stayed by the heated pool as no work being done in this area, plenty of sunbeds available no matter what time of day. Pool person does your towels, but umbrella up.
Bar man always brings your drinks to where you sitting, exceptional service.
Plenty sunbeds around the beach area. Beach very clean.
Rooms were clean, spacious & comfortable.
Con’s
All- inclusive during the evening wasn't to my taste and I struggled to find anything plain other than fries.
Need to book a minimum of 4 nights to be eligible to use the speciality restaurant. (not advertised)
Shower head wasn't able to tilt so proved difficult to shower properly.
All inclusive information wasn't given at check-in and needed to go onto the app to read up on.
In the room tea/coffee provided but no milk or packet creamer, however the restaurant quite happy to give you a glass of milk. There's a fridge in the room.
The pro’s out way the con’s as con’s are very minor and I highly recommend this hotel."
"We recently stayed at Alkasr Sahl Hasheesh and had a great experience overall. The hotel is still quite new, so everything feels very modern, fresh, and clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay.
The food quality was very good for an all inclusive resort, with a good variety and several restaurants to choose from. The beach is large, clean, and very relaxing.
The gym was another highlight — well equipped with a great range of machines. A special thank you to Martena at the gym who was always very helpful.
What really stood out most was the staff. Everyone was extremely attentive and genuinely did their best to resolve any issues quickly and make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their stay.
Special mentions to:
• Yasser, the food director
• Mahmoud supervisor in flavors restaurant
• Atef, who looked after our room every day
• David and the whole reception and reception bar team
Their service and friendliness really made a difference.
The only small improvement would be for the pools to be a little warmer, but overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."
"The food is very good, abundant and large variety. We spent majority of time in main dining room and the beach restaurant for lunch, to stay close to the beach. The animation team were fun and dynamic. Facility is clean. The front desk seemed chaotic and disorganized. Initial check in was uninformative about the resort and amenities. We had to inquire for a map and figure it out. No introduction about the facility. Other than the initial reception, everything was great!"
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review
An absolute dream stay — pure relaxation and luxury
From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel felt special. The property is stunning, peaceful, and incredibly well maintained truly a place where you can relax and disconnect.
The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You can really feel the level of hospitality here.
Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The entire hotel has such a calm, tranquil atmosphere it honestly felt therapeutic just being there.
The food was also excellent, with great variety and quality across the restaurants. Everything felt high-end and thoughtfully prepared.
And one of my favorite little touches the pillow menu! Being able to choose from different pillows to suit your comfort was such a unique and luxurious detail. It’s those small things that really set this hotel apart.
What made this stay unforgettable was the overall experience from the serene surroundings to the level of service, it exceeded our expectations in every way.
We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway."
