"A great location as it is at La Frontera. Several good restaurants close by and main sites to visit such as Charco Azul (4 min drive) down the hill - a great place for a swim and at night for stargazing. Geko Hotels offer a reasonably prized breakfast and door code system that works. There is no parking but street parking is relatively easy to find as with the most of the island."

"Hotel Ida Inés is the perfect base for a visit to the beautiful Island of El Hiero. The location, in La Frontera, is perfect choice if you want to explore the island - whether by car or by bus. The hotel is run by a super friendly family. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is very good. Staff are extremely helpful and engaging. "

"Virkeligt dejligt ophold. Hotellet og værelserne er særdeles velindrettede og alt er skinnende rent og nyt. Masser af fine detaljer - virkelig et boutique Hotel. Personalet - det skønne par der ejer det - er ekstremt søde og hjælpsomme med oplysninger om øen og alt hvad man har brug for. Anbefales absolut! "
