"Clean, modern trendy hotel in the heart of El Poblado. Very nice and attentive staff. Appreciated all their help, especially Alejandro at the front desk. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of security up front making it feel very safe. If I had one suggestion, it would be having a dedicated concierge to organize tours and a front desk. The ‘front desk’ is a young person with an iPad sitting by the elevator. Also would have liked recycling bins for bottles in the hotel. But other than that, very happy with the choice. "

The staff is very friendly, the room we chose was tiny but that’s what we booked, because we did not plan to spend much time there. It was cleaned every day very well. We walked out to eat every night and liked the area a lot. For other locations we called an UBER, worked every time. We would absolutely come back! "
