"The location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our 5-day stay was overshadowed by cleanliness issues. During our stay, we saw seven cockroaches, including two large cockroaches in the pool. The pool was dirty and not suitable for swimming, which was very disappointing since it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to using. "I really enjoyed my stay! It was exactly what I expected - an effiency steps from the beach. It was modern, clean and well appointed. The neighbors were very kind and helpful when I was checking in and having difficulty finding the correct lock-box. One small issue is that the balcony door did not open, so I could not get much fresh air at night and also the AC unit was loud.
