"Pick up from airport makes seamless arrival. English is good enough for business. Restaurants on premises and minimart. Nothing to visit in the neighborhood. If you join the (free) club they’ll drive you places nearby and arrange tours at discount. Helpful and friendly staff."

"Large spacious resort complex - excellent facilities - clean & well decorated communal areas (lobby, restaurant, poolside, gardens). Even though it was a large resort with many people, it didn’t feel claustrophobic and it was very quiet throughout the day and night. All staff were so friendly, pleasant & helpful. On initial inspection of the room, it was spacious & very well presented - good quality fabrics/curtains/bedding. Once settled in the room it was obvious the room was tired & sloppy and the room needed a good proper clean - flaky paint, chipped paintwork, dirty carpet, rotten wood, water damaged & faded marble, heavy layers of dust/dirty along the walls & floor, broken patio metal framed doors, dirty plastic chairs on the balcony. Bed was a bit too hard for my liking - but good quality sheets & bedding. Excellent shower pressure & lots of hot water. All in all - it was a lovely comfortable place to stay and I would stay again - however just be aware of the smaller details that doesnt make the resort 5star"

"I stayed for 2 nights in different rooms. The only problems was splashing water from the hose connecting to the heater when turning water on. Second, the water tap on in the kitchen nearly loose from the sink. Tea cups too small and coffee packet and tea bag not enough for 4 persons room."

"I booked this hotel based on the free 24hour airport shuttle service, this is not offered and when a refund was asked for prior to arriving due to this change, it was ignored. I would not rely on the amenities posted in this page."
