"I upgraded my reservation from traditional room to suite with 1 bedroom. The room was clean and well maintained. The only inconvenience we had during our stay was the power tripping in our unit/room. Every time we used the water kettle, power will shut off in the unit, happened 5x (AM and Evening). Staff told us, we can’t use water kettle and the portable AC at the same time which is very unusual for this 3-star hotel rated wonderful on reviews. Breakfast was exceptional, love the ambience, Vista 18 elevated restaurant located on the 18th floor of the Chateau Hotel. Overall, the experience was good. "

"The location of this hotel is the best! It is a solid 3 star property . The room was very small but had 2 queens so there was little room to move. Breakfast was good and not so good depending on what you selected. The selection was good."
